Our executive chairman, Roger has the uncanny ability to recognize marketing ideas that work – and then use them to influence entire industries. A distinguished alumnus, B.B.A. marketing, of Bemidji State University, he has a well-demonstrated history of success (understatement of the year) in digital strategy, integrated marketing and entrepreneurship – like RR46, for example.
Our chief executive officer, Andy knows how businesses are run – and how to run a business. (Eight of them, very successfully.) Like the great companies he keeps, he’s known for aligning tightly to his own purpose-driven brand: leading teams to serve and solve the marketing communications needs of clients. Being a graduate of the University of Minnesota, Duluth, with a B.B.A. in finance means when Andy isn’t creating traction in business, he’s probably playing or coaching hockey.
But who’s counting, you ask? Karen, our chief financial officer of nearly 25 years across nine agencies, 500 clients and 200 staff members in five countries, that’s who. And count on her, we do, to weigh the risks with the opportunities, and to lead and build our ever-expanding finance team. A CPA and B.Sc. accounting graduate of Belmont University, Karen manages, every single day, to set the standard for professional accountability and integrity for everyone associated with RR46.
